On Friday afternoon, November 18, MPP Dave Smith spoke with PCSA members at the clubhouse to hear how the $47,400 Community Building Fund grant awarded last year helped PCSA keep delivering the programs the community relies on. The grant program from the Government of Ontario and the Ontario Trillium Foundation was designed to assist non-profits that had been impacted as a result of the pandemic.
Funds from the one-year grant were used by the Club to maintain its facilities, assist with staffing and coaching costs, and keep moving forward, despite program interruptions during the lockdown and stages of reopening.
