You could feel the excitement building! After months of preparation indoors, spring training on outdoor turf fields at Fleming is in full swing as we enter the final days before the games begin for real.
First out of the blocks in a competitive game were the U15-IM Boys team who traveled to Darlington on Wednesday, April 22 where they lost 3-1 in the IModel Central/East division. The U16-IM Girls went one better with a 2-0 away win over Toronto High Park on Sunday, April 26. The honours for the club home opener also goes to the U16 Girls IM team who will entertain Darlington at Trent University Stadium on Tuesday, April 28. Play for most non-IM teams will begin around mid-May when the grass fields open.
You can find a link to your league’s official website and game schedules on our Soccer Links page. Having laid the groundwork with training beginning as far back as last October, PCSC is justifiably optimistic about season ahead. GO CITY!
