The Peterborough City Soccer Association extends a warm welcome to all participants of the Peterborough Challenge Festival and Tournament for Girls. We hope your stay here will be a pleasant one and we can assure you that there is a hardworking team of volunteers preparing to do all that we can to ensure that the tournament is a success.
Please check back here frequently because it is an unfortunate reality that schedules can change right up to kick-off time due to circumstances beyond our control.
It is the policy of the club that no avoidable changes will be made to the schedule after it is published, out of respect to all the teams who have made travel arrangements, therefore please do not make any requests for changes.
After reviewing the schedule be sure to check the Festival Registration and/or Tournament Registration requirements.
Fields
The tournament will be played at Eastgate Park on Ashburnham Drive, at nearby Beavermead Park, at Milroy Park in the north end and at Fleming turf fields in the south end. Click on Field Locations under the About menu tab at the top of the screen (on your phone touch the menu icon) to display a city field location map. A city map as well as a field layout diagram for Eastgate and Beavermead are included with the schedule.
A small number of teams will need to travel between parks on the Sunday of the tournament. We have tried to keep this to a minimum and we apologize for the inconvenience. It became necessary when the city recreation department recently closed 4 of the 6 soccer pitches in Beavermead park for safety following the prolonged rain. If the fields reopen, we will revise the schedule accordingly.
Facilities
All parks have public washroom facilities except Milroy which has portable toilets. There are abundant food options close to all the parks as well as a canteen, food truck and licensed patio deck at Eastgate Park.
Fleming fields as well as Eastgate 1 and 2 have spectator seating (bleachers), but you will want to bring your lawn chairs to all other locations.
Registration
All teams must register at the PCSA Clubhouse, Eastgate Park, 2150 Ashburnham Drive. Please refer to the Registration page for registration times and detailed requirements.
Parking
Parking is free at all locations. There is a small parking area in Beavermead Park, however the main parking lot for both Beavermead and Eastgate is on Ashburnham Drive (east side of street just south of Eastgate Park, directly across from the Canoe Museum). There is additional space available in the overflow grass area across the street from Eastgate #1. Do not drive into the Beavermead campgrounds unless you have a camping permit (you will be stopped at the gatehouse). If the parking lot at Beavermead is full (it will be full by 9 am) then please park in the bigger Ashburnham Drive lot or in one of the overflow lots. The free parking area at Fleming is in the Birch Lot overlooking the soccer fields.
Please check all signs before you park. In particular, please do not park on the grass verges adjacent to the Beavermead parking lot. This is the fire/ambulance access route to the campground and the playing fields and must be kept clear at all times. The City of Peterborough actively tickets this area.

Enjoy the Tournament!
