2020 and 2021 Hogan Awards

Congratulations to Lillian Bleecker (U14 Girls) and Claire Hamilton (U15 Girls), winners of the 2020 and 2021 Hogan Awards, respectively. This award is made annually to the Peterborough City youth player best representing skill in soccer, commitment to the game, team and club and team leadership. The award honours the memory of PCSA U12 player Mark Hogan and his mother Joanne who were killed in an automobile accident in 1999.

Lillian is recognized for her leadership by example and her enthusiastic engagement in all team and club activities such as GK training, Academy, team training and refereeing. “She is a leader on the pitch with her words of encouragement and guidance, as well as demonstrates the love of the game with her dedication to continually learn and improve her skills.” – (Coach Anne Clark)

Claire is recognized for her efforts in recruitment and promotion of the club, for being an Ambassador for the club at many levels in many places and for being a model of inspiration for what this club is all about.
