Referee Game Confirmation
Please use this form to confirm your game offer(s) for the weeks indicated below. You must confirm your game(s) within 24 hours of receiving the offer(s).
You might not be offered a game on every day that you indicated that you were available. Only confirm the games that you were offered.
If you received more than one game offer, you should confirm all your games at one time by ticking off the boxes for each of the relevant days in the space below.
Please click on all the days, and only the days, for which you have received a game offer. If you click on days on which you were not assigned a game, it will appear that you are not reading the instructions or paying attention to details. Similarly if you do not check off all of the days on which you were offered games. In both cases it will mean that the head referee will have to contact you individually to ensure that you understand your assignments.
Please note that this form should be used only to confirm game offers from the Peterborough Youth Soccer Club. If you received a game offer from a different club or from the Peterborough Referee Branch Scheduler then you must follow the confirmation procedure used by the other club.
If for some reason you wish to decline your game offer then, instead of using this form, you must email the PYSC Head Referee directly with an explanation.
