The Peterborough City Soccer Club will hold its Annual General Meeting on Saturday December 6, 2025 in the Marv Buchan Soccer Centre at Eastgate Memorial Park. Each team is entitled to send one voting delegate and any number of non-voting delegates. Elections will be held for the positions of Vice-President, Secretary, Director of Senior Teams, Director of Development, Director of Special Events and Director of Equipment on the 2026 Board of Directors. Members must provide at least 14 days written notice of their intention to make a nomination for the election of a Director, that is, no later than November 22, 2025.
