The Peterborough City Soccer Club held its Annual General Meeting on Saturday December 6, 2025 in the Marv Buchan Soccer Centre (a.k.a. the clubhouse) at Eastgate Memorial Park. This meeting considered operations since the previous AGM held in December 2024 as well as plans for the coming year. A Special Resolution to amend the PCSC Operational By-law was approved (see details below).

Amendment to PCSC By-law No. 1
The Special Resolution put forward by the PCSC Board to remove the position of Director of Equipment was approved with the required two-thirds voting in favour (in fact it was unanimous). The Board intends to appoint a Manager of Equipment, which would be a non-voting position.
Rationale: The President explained that due to the timing of the team uniform procurement process, it would be disruptive to replace the Director of Equipment at the AGM which is held in December. In addition, with the increasing commitment and complexity of the job and required stability for the club, we will benefit by having a Manager of Equipment who is appointed based on qualifications and suitability for the role.
Elections
The result of the election for the 2026 Board of Directors was as follows:
- Vice-President (two-year term, acclaimed: Angela Gaskell)
- Secretary (two-year term, acclaimed: Rich Bergman )
- Director of Senior Teams (two-year term, acclaimed: Biren Patel)
- Director of Special Events (two-year term, acclaimed: Gord McLaughlin)
- Director of Development (one-year term, acclaimed: Rick Orton)
They join Dan Moore (President), Zac Rogers (Treasurer), Adrian Smith (Director of Youth Teams) and Leanne McLaughlin (Director of Fundraising / Promotions) who are mid-term.
