Winter Training Schedule

January 12 – March 31, 2019

The second phase of team preparations for the 2019 season gets underway in January at the Spiplex indoor facility. All U9 to U18 teams will train at the Spiplex, either on Saturdays or on Sundays starting January 12. The facility cost is included in the player registration fee and there is no additional cost for these sessions.

The Strength and Conditioning program with Coach Rianna for pre-registered teams will continue on Monday and Thursday evenings at Adam Scott (ASCVI). See schedule below.

The U8 program will begin in April. Details will be announced soon.

The U6/U7 Development Program starts in May.
