U13 to U18 Tryouts – September 2019
Selection of players for next year’s representative (competitive) U13 – U18 teams begins in September when open tryouts are held at Eastgate Park. If you are interested in playing on a PCSA representative team in the summer of 2020 you must attend tryouts in September 2019.
There is no charge to attend and new players are most welcome. Pre-regristration is not required.
Please plan to attend all tryout sessions, if possible. Scroll down the page to see the daily tryout schedule for each age division.
U6 to U12 Orientation – September 2019
Our U6 – U12 Development Program follows the Ontario Soccer guidelines for Long Term Player Development. It provides age-appropriate training and small-sided game formats designed to learn foundational soccer skills while fostering a lasting love for the game. If you wish to register in the 2020 PCSA Development Program you should attend the orientation sessions at Eastgate Park in September 2019.
Orientation sessions are fun and non-competitive in nature. There is no charge to attend and new players are most welcome. Pre-regristration is not required.
It is the goal of the PCSA Development Program to accept every player with the desire and the commitment, subject to maintaining an appropriate coach to player ratio. The number of players that can be accepted into the program is only limited by the number of available coaches. Parents are encouraged to volunteer as mentor coaches or to assist their team in some other capacity.
Please plan to attend all scheduled orientation sessions, if possible. Scroll down the page to see the daily orientation schedule for each age division.

Parents are asked to make sure that the players bring WATER, dress in their soccer gear (no club uniforms during tryouts please) and according to weather conditions (warm-up jackets, sun block, etc.). Players are requested to attend as many sessions as possible to ensure a complete evaluation/orientation.
What Happens After Tryouts?
The playing season runs from mid-May to August or early-September. Depending on the age division, indoor and outdoor training, development and conditioning sessions take place over a much longer period.
When tryouts/orientation are over, your main source of information will be the head coach of your age division. If you need additional information about the selection process you should contact the Director of Coaching.
