Fall Training Schedule


U13 – U18 Girls and Boys Divisions

The club has rented the Spiplex indoor facility on Saturdays and Sundays beginning October 20 to give players a head start in their preparations for the 2019 season. The cost is included in the player registration fee and there is no additional cost for these sessions.

A Strength and Conditioning program with Coach Rianna is offered for pre-registered teams on Monday evenings at Queen Mary Public School. See schedule below.

U12 and younger teams do not have formal training in the fall, although many players will be training with the Academy or participating in some other soccer activity.

U9 – U12 teams will begin training in January. Details for the U6/U7 and U8 Development Programs will be announced later.
